Lymphatic drainage & fascia release

A full body reset for the days you feel heavy, tense or simply in need of some care.

Body Flow combines manual lymphatic drainage with slow fascia release techniques, in a treatment tailored to how you’re feeling on the day.

There is time to work across the body, with more attention where you need it most. Pressure and pace are adjusted around your comfort, allowing you to settle into the treatment without having to brace yourself through it.

Body Flow

What is the lymphatic system?

The lymphatic system is a network of vessels and lymph nodes that runs throughout the body. One of its important roles is helping to maintain fluid balance by collecting excess fluid from the tissues and returning it to the circulation. It also forms part of the body’s immune system.

Unlike the blood circulation, the lymphatic system does not have a central pump like the heart. Lymphatic flow is supported by movement, breathing, muscular activity and changes in pressure within the tissues.

Body Flow uses slow, rhythmic manual techniques to gently encourage this natural movement while giving the body space to soften, settle and deeply relax.

Why lymphatic flow matters

There are times when the body can simply feel more puffy, heavy or sluggish than usual. You might notice it through the abdomen, around the waist, in tired legs, or as a general feeling of heaviness through the body.

Travel, long periods of sitting or standing and changes in routine can all be times when you become more aware of how your body feels.

Body Flow works gently with the lymphatic system and surrounding tissues to encourage flow, with the treatment shaped around where you need the most attention that day.

The intention is never to force the body, but to work with it slowly and thoughtfully, leaving you feeling lighter, softer and more comfortable.

Flow, tissue and tension

Lymphatic flow is closely connected with the tissues it moves through.

When the body feels tense, tight or heavy, that can influence how freely everything moves. This is why Body Flow is never just about following a set sequence.

I pay attention to how the tissues feel beneath my hands, where you are holding tension and which areas seem to need more space or attention.

Your treatment may combine gentle lymphatic techniques with considered bodywork, allowing the session to respond to your body rather than forcing it into a fixed routine.

The result is a treatment that feels fluid, deeply relaxing and completely tailored to you.

You might choose Body Flow if...

You are feeling puffy, bloated or heavier than usual.

Your legs feel tired or full after travelling or spending long periods sitting or standing.

You would like more focused attention through your abdomen, waist or lower body.

You want something slower, lighter and more rhythmical than a traditional massage.

Or you simply want to switch off, be looked after and leave feeling lighter in your body.
