Hi, I’m Lauren. Facialist, mum, and founder of at Laurens.

Skincare has been part of my journey since I was a teenager. I trained as a beauty therapist straight after school, drawn to the creativity and calm of hands-on care. After time away from the industry and becoming a mum of three, life felt full and at times, overwhelming.

Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to shift. I was running on empty, stuck in survival mode, and didn’t feel like myself anymore. That’s when I started to make time for small, meaningful moments of care like facials, massages, and time to simply breathe. Little by little, I began to feel more energised, more patient, and more me again.

That experience inspired at Laurens - a space to help other women find their glow, both on the surface and far beneath it.

From my private garden studio in Grays, Essex, I offer personalised facials that combine advanced skin treatments like SkinPen microneedling and algae peels with a deeply calming touch.
