I qualified as a beauty therapist in 2006, and the industry has been part of my life ever since. Over the years I've built on that foundation with advanced training in chemical peels, microneedling, and lymphatic drainage massage — techniques I chose deliberately because they deliver results I believe in.

At Lauren's grew from a deeply personal place. I struggled with my own skin through grief, motherhood, and the hormonal changes that come with both. What I wanted — and couldn't find — was somewhere that gave me real results and real rest. Not a clinical environment. Not a busy spa. Just expert, unhurried care in a space that felt safe and calm. So I built it.

My treatment room is a private garden studio in Grays, Essex — warm, quiet, and designed entirely around your comfort. You'll never share the space. You'll never feel rushed. And from the moment you arrive, the only thing you need to focus on is yourself.
