Terms and Conditions
To help keep your visit as peaceful and seamless as possible, I've put together a few simple guidelines. These are here to ensure you feel relaxed, cared for, and able to enjoy your treatment to the fullest.
Additional guests To ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for all clients, I'm unable to accommodate additional guests during your appointment. I kindly ask that you attend alone unless we've arranged otherwise in advance.
Appointment punctuality Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your treatment in full. If you arrive late, I may only be able to offer the remaining time, as appointments cannot always be extended. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Booking & Cancellation
Securing your appointment
To secure your appointment, a 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking, or you may choose to pay in full. This holds the time exclusively for you in my diary.
Cancellation and rescheduling
I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so I can offer the time to another client.
More than 48 hours notice: your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment of your choice. If you've paid in full, the balance above the 50% booking fee will be refunded.
Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: the full treatment fee will apply, as the slot cannot reasonably be refilled at short notice. If you've paid in full, no refund will be due.
Rescheduling
If you'd like to reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, your booking fee will simply transfer to your new appointment. Within 48 hours, the full fee applies and a new booking will need to be made.
Please contact me as soon as possible with any changes, and I'll always do my best to accommodate.
General conduct I ask all clients to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. Disruptive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to end a treatment immediately if necessary.
Medical disclosure Your safety and comfort are my priority. Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, medications or health concerns before your treatment so I can tailor your visit appropriately. Without full disclosure, I'm unable to accept responsibility for any issues that may arise.
Parking Complimentary parking is available on site. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk, and I'm unable to accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft.
Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day. Deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 48 hours' notice is given. I accept all major credit and debit cards.
Personal items Please bring only essential belongings with you. I'm unable to accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal items.
Pregnancy Many treatments can be safely enjoyed from the second trimester onwards, with adjustments tailored to your stage. For safety and comfort, I don't provide treatments during the first trimester. Please let me know your stage of pregnancy when booking so I can ensure the most appropriate care for you and your baby.
Photography Occasionally I may ask if I can take before-and-after photos of your treatment to share on my website or social media. This is always entirely optional and only ever with your written consent.
