Additional Guests
To ensure a relaxing and uninterrupted experience for you, please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Appointment Punctuality
Your punctuality for your scheduled appointment would be greatly appreciated. Late arrivals may not be able to receive the full treatment, and I will do the best to accommodate based on the time remaining. A full charge will still apply.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future date. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This policy helps protect the time I set aside for each client and keeps the treatment schedule running smoothly.

Please take a moment to read your confirmation email in full, as it includes the complete address and important instructions to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
General conduct
During your time At Lauren’s it is expected that all clients conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. In the event of such behaviour, I reserve the right to terminate your treatment immediately and ask you to leave the premises.
Medical Disclosure
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns to the therapist prior to receiving any treatments. Failure to provide relevant medical information may result in risks to your health and well-being, and will be at your own responsibility.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on-site for clients. However, please note that vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. At Lauren's is not responsible for any damage, theft, or vandalism that may occur to vehicles while parked on the premises.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due at your appointment, and can be paid by credit or debit card.
Personal Items
At Lauren’s is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. I kindly ask that you bring only essential items with you to your appointment.
Pregnancy
For the safety and well-being of both mother and baby, I am unable to offer treatments to clients in their first trimester of pregnancy. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of their pregnancy stage prior to their appointment, ensuring that we can provide safe and appropriate care during your treatment.
Results and Aftercare
While every treatment is delivered with the highest level of care and experience, results may vary from client to client. You will be advised of any relevant aftercare at the end of your treatment, and following this advice is essential to achieve the best outcome.
