A few simple terms to keep bookings clear and fair for everyone.

Booking & payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments booked online. This reflects the appointment time reserved exclusively for you and is deducted from the treatment total.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded less a £25 cancellation and administration charge. This reflects the time and costs involved in processing the cancellation and managing the released appointment time.

If you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your full deposit will transfer to your new appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be charged up to the full treatment price using the card held securely on file.

Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the amount due.

Where appropriate, I reserve the discretion to reduce or waive a cancellation charge.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed towards any treatment or retail product at At Laurens. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your treatment in full.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.

Treatment suitability

Please provide accurate information about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy, recent procedures, surgery or injuries.

Treatments may be adapted, postponed or declined where I believe this is necessary for your safety or treatment suitability.

Pregnancy

Treatments are available from the second trimester onwards, with appropriate adjustments for your stage of pregnancy.

I am unable to provide treatments during the first trimester. Please let me know that you are pregnant when booking.

Your visit

To maintain a calm and private treatment environment, please attend your appointment alone unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. I reserve the right to end or decline an appointment in the event of inappropriate or abusive behaviour.

Treatment pricing

I reserve the right to change treatment prices from time to time.

The price stated at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment. Any future appointments will be charged at the price shown the time they are booked.

The most up-to-date prices will always be shown on the At Laurens website and booking system.

Privacy

Your personal, health and payment information is handled in accordance with the At Laurens Privacy Policy.
