Timeless is the perfect introduction. It's my signature relaxing facial and gives you a beautiful first experience of the studio, my approach, and how your skin responds to professional care. From there, we can build a plan that suits your goals, whether that's lift and definition with Sculpt, a slower and more expansive treatment with Sculpt & Flow, or deeper renewal with the Algae Peel.

You can book any treatment through my online booking page. Friday evenings and Saturdays tend to book two to three weeks in advance, so please plan ahead where possible. Sculpt is a manual facelift, a natural and non-surgical alternative that uses slow, intentional massage to release tension through the face, neck and chest, re-engage the facial muscles, and encourage a lifted, more defined appearance. Unlike a standard facial, the focus is on structure and movement. You leave looking fresher and more at ease, with results that build beautifully over repeat sessions. Sculpt also pairs well with Botox or filler, after an appropriate settle period.

Sculpt is a 60 minute manual facelift focused on the face, neck and chest. Sculpt & Flow is the 90 minute version, combining Sculpt with lymphatic drainage across the upper body, working through the chest, shoulders and décolleté. Choose Sculpt & Flow if you carry tension across your upper body, if you're feeling puffy or run down, or simply if you want the slower, more expansive version of the experience.

The DÉCAAR Algae Peel is a natural and highly effective skin renewal treatment. Tiny microfibres from natural algae, combined with herbs and oxygen enhancing actives, work with your skin to accelerate cell turnover from the usual four to eight weeks down to around 72 hours. It's beautifully effective for acne, congestion, pigmentation, scarring, dullness and fine lines. A full consultation is always included, so the treatment can be tailored to your skin.

The treatment feels warm and slightly tingling, a reassuring sign that it's working. Afterwards, your skin may feel tight or flushed for up to 48 hours, and a light flaking can follow in the days after as renewal happens naturally. It's not a harsh peel. It works with your skin rather than stripping it. You'll leave with clear aftercare guidance and a home care plan to support and protect your results.

For best results, a course of three treatments spaced ten to fourteen days apart is recommended. Results are enhanced by up to 70% when paired with the DÉCAAR home care kit, which is complimentary with a course of three. Single sessions are also available if you'd like to try the treatment first.

Yes. Manual sculpting facials complement aesthetic treatments beautifully. They support lymphatic flow, soften tension and help maintain facial definition between appointments. A settle period is required after Botox or filler before we can treat, and I'll guide you on timing when you book.

For ongoing skin health, every four to six weeks is ideal. This matches your skin's natural renewal cycle. If you're working towards specific goals like improved texture, lift or pigmentation, we'll plan a course of treatments together and I'll recommend a schedule based on your skin.

Yes. Timeless and elements of Sculpt are suitable once you're past the first trimester and during breastfeeding. The Algae Peel is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please let me know at booking so I can tailor the treatment safely for your stage.
