It does vary depending on the results that you are trying to achieve, but as standard ideally every 4–6 weeks. This allows your skin to stay balanced, hydrated, and supported through seasonal or hormonal changes. If you’re working toward specific goals—like improving texture or targeting pigmentation—a series of treatments may be best, and we can discuss a plan together.

Most treatments are deeply relaxing and gentle, especially those in the Align collection. Advanced options like SkinPen microneedling and Algae peels may cause mild discomfort or temporary redness which generally lasts no longer than 24 hours, but I’ll guide you through everything and ensure you're comfortable every step of the way. You'll always leave with clear aftercare instructions.

Try to avoid using active skincare ingredients (like retinol or acids) for 24–48 hours beforehand, especially if you’re booked in for an advanced treatment. If you're wearing makeup or SPF, I’ll gently cleanse your skin at the start of the facial. Most importantly, just arrive ready to relax.
