What can SkinPen help with?

SkinPen can be used to improve the appearance of:

Fine lines and wrinkles

Acne scarring

It’s particularly suited to someone who feels their skin has become less smooth, less firm or simply not quite as fresh as it once was.

How does it work?

SkinPen creates thousands of tiny, controlled microchannels in the skin.

These micro-channels activate the skin’s natural healing response, encouraging tissue renewal and the production of collagen and elastin over

There is no heat and nothing is injected into the skin. The treatment is about encouraging your skin to do more of what it already knows how to do.

What should I expect?

A topical numbing cream can be used beforehand to keep the treatment comfortable.

SkinPen is then passed methodically over the treatment area using a sterile, single-use cartridge and specialist hydrogel.

Your skin is likely to look flushed afterwards and may feel warm or sensitive for a short period, but SkinPen is designed with relatively little downtime compared with more intensive resurfacing treatments.

One treatment or a course?

One treatment can be a lovely way to support overall skin quality, but concerns such as acne scarring, lines or more significant texture changes will often benefit from a course.

We’ll decide what makes sense for your skin rather than automatically putting everyone on the same plan. The manufacturer also notes that the number of treatments required varies according to individual goals.
