Welcome – You’re In
Client Private Page
Now that your treatment is booked, you’ve unlocked this private page – something I’ve created just for my clients.
It’s full of details to help you prepare, feel completely at ease, and get the very best from your time with me.
This isn’t the kind of facial you rush into (or out of). It’s an experience and this space is your personal guide to it.
You’ll find everything from how to arrive feeling calm and ready, to where to find my tucked-away little sanctuary.
Take your time reading through and know that everything here has been put together with care, just for you.

Before You Arrive
A Few Gentle Recommendations. To get the most from your facial, here are a few ways you can prepare – physically, mentally, energetically:
Keep your skin bare – Please arrive without makeup if you can (especially mascara). It makes for more time spent on your skin.
Slow things down beforehand – If possible, avoid squeezing in errands or stressful plans right before. Give yourself a little breathing space so you arrive feeling relaxed, not rushed.
Hydrate – Drinking water before (and after) helps your skin respond beautifully to the treatment.
Avoid active skincare – Try to skip retinol, AHAs, or strong exfoliants for at least 48 hours before your facial, unless I’ve advised otherwise.
Come comfy – You’ll be wrapped up and cosy on the treatment bed, but feel free to wear something that’s easy to change out of, and that you feel good in.
What to Expect in Your Treatment
Stepping into my studio isn’t just about skincare it’s an invitation to completely switch off.
You’ll be welcomed into a calm, private space with soft lighting, gentle music, and a bed that feels like a warm cloud. Every facial is tailored to you – your skin, your energy, your needs on the day.
Expect expert techniques blended with mindful touch, advanced skin treatments where needed, and a full-body exhale by the time we’re done.
You might chat. You might drift off. You’ll leave feeling renewed – inside and out.
Aftercare & Post-Facial Rituals
To extend that post-facial glow (and keep the results going), here’s how to care for your skin after:
Keep it simple
Avoid exfoliants, active ingredients, or heavy makeup for at least 24–48 hours post-treatment. Let your skin breathe and do its thing.
Stay hydrated and nourished
Your skin’s had a beautiful reset – support it with plenty of water and nutrient-rich foods.
Hands off!
As tempting as it may be, try not to touch your face too much post-facial. Your pores are open, your skin is fresh – and it’s best left uninterrupted.
SPF, always
Your skin will be more sensitive to sun exposure. Protect your glow with a good mineral SPF – even if it’s cloudy.
If I’ve recommended any specific aftercare or products during your treatment, follow that guidance first and foremost. Every skin is different.

Directions to the Studio
Address:
13 Woodend close, Grays, Essex, RM17 5FN
How to get here:
on occasion, Some sat nav systems have given direction to the wrong address. When entering the address please check that you have selected WOODEND CLOSE and not WOODWARD CLOSE (this is a few streets away)
My front door is white, so if you find you have arrived at a brown door, you’re not in the right place.

This will take you to Russel Road (very short road)
At the end of this road you will now be facing a stone wall
Now turn left
almost immediately, take the first right
You will now be on Woodend close. Follow this road up a short hill and then keep going until you can’t go any further
My drive will be on your left hand side
Please aim to arrive exactly on time. I plan each appointment with care so you have a calm welcome, and my previous client has time to leave in peace.
